I was a much bigger fan of the last series (at least before Thunder War). But this mini has focused on the aspects of that book I liked the least.
Maybe I was expecting too much of a shift just because they put mutant in the title. I dunno, I want to love Storm, but right now I don't

Despite having mutant in the title, the book still pays only basic lip service to mutants. The bit about humans on the sanctuary really felt like "if we're an X-Book I guess we should throw some in" rather than fitting with the cosmic story they obviously want to tell
