🫡 I absolutely will. I am trying to do a mix of cardio and weight lifting and did some weights today for the first time and I told my husband what they were and he was shocked that it was a beginner routine. so if you have any suggestions for a good beginner routine i’ll take it.

The scepters went to a maple leafs game but why aren’t the leafs players at the scepters game? they do not play today. this only works if it goes both ways. the disparity between men’s and women’s sports continues when male athletes fail to show up for women the way women show up for men.
