Brawley, the Fighting-type gym leader from Hoenn, transformed into a shiny Zangoose. The only clothing left on his body are his shoes, his glasses, and the remains of his gloves.

You'd think Brawley would know not to get his protein shake mixed up with Pokémon nutritional supplements, but ah well! On the bright side, he DOES look much better as a shiny Zangoose.
