I see in full clarity what was so muddy before.

It's pretty much this hard to keep just one timeline intact.

They don't know for sure what caused it but the theory is that basically it just disrupted my hormone levels to such an extreme and significant degree that my body could not fully recover from without outside treatment. Because w/o getting tmi, there more side effects than the migraines...

In a normal person (spoiler alert: not me), estrogen headaches normally only happen during the first 2-3 months and only during the placebo week when taking birth control. The solution is to lower the dosage of estrogen.

Bc I'm not normal, I was getting daily migraines even on the lowest dosage.

I hope you're able to find an alternative or something then. Tylenol is great short term but you need to be careful because if you take it too often it'll cause rebound headaches. Same with other meds like ibuprofen.

Yeah! It's the estrogen in birth control. It can send your hormones out of wack.

It is VERY common, mostly in Hispanic communities in my own experience, for people to come get gallon jugs of holy water to cook with because there’s a common belief that it purifies whatever it’s being cooked with or being used to clean, etc.

Okay so there’s like layers to this so bear with me here.

The whole “a single drop” is a common misconception. The holy water has to comprise of at least half the water that it’s being added to otherwise it’s considered too impure. And it can only be water. Anything else like food is too impure.
