Jenny the guinea hen is painted and ready to be taken to her new owner as a surprise gift.

Spent six months working on this one off & on. It’s a Guinea hen for a family friend who has been there for us for years. She used to have a flock in her neighborhood that loved her yard. This is the most detail I’ve put in a piece. Check out the feathers. Now for my least favorite part, painting.

Sending so many hugs

I wish I knew how to stop the narcissists affecting the nation and the narcissists affecting my smaller community. There seems to be an abundance of them.

I used to look for moments in history to inspire my kid. Moments where people fought for their rights to make the world a better place for all and for the future.
Now I look for people to show her how they stood up against and fought and survived this persecution, so can she.
