Welcoming back the return of chest pumps into my life
Summer 2025 is about going deep in those squats. Time for the big ass and tiddys workout plan for this summer
All the weather apps said it was supposed to be cloudy... My 2 hour run featured zero clouds 100% hot sun
Ran a half marathon one day and a 14 KM run the next day. May still hate running but getting better at it!
