Energy, climate, food, individual, national and collective security are a system.

Fossil fuels undermine it.

People advocating for more indigenous oil & gas have lost the plot.

It will make zero difference to today's rocketing fossil fuel energy prices if governments opt to bring more oil & gas reservoirs onstream in 2031-2040.

But it will lock in CO2 emissions and help destroy economies and society.
