Selma Voting Rights Campaign. On March 9th. MLK led 2.500 protesters onto the bridge for prayer before turning around. That evening, the white Unitarian Universalist minister James Reeb died after being beaten by KKK members, in Selma. (2/3)

A visitor to a city couldn’t find the local Unitarian Universalist congregation. After driving across town, through the suburbs, and into the countryside, he spotted a farmer and asked, “Am I too far out for the UU church?”
