PSA, if you don't have `gh` cli command installed, you might need to manually update stuff, as we changed to immutable releases and did not foresee the attestations API changing to include the release attestations 😅

No, I told them it should be a reply on the list for transparency. But TLDR, PEAR is mostly not to do with PHP, apart from the domain name, so the consensus was that the RFC process wasn't the correct way to tackle this particular thing.
