A flygon and meowstic pokemon fusion design. They have a neutral, slightly judging expression, with their yellow sclera and red irises tinted by a red, goggle-like eye shield. Their body is almost entirely white, but desaturated blue markings in round, yet arching shapes run along their tail, and on their arms and legs. Additionally, they have tufts of hair and neck fur in the same desaturated blue color. Their tail ends in two points, both of which have red tips with white outlines to separate from the blue. Their wings are "outlined" in the same red color, with white on the inside. The background is a solid light blue color.
