Ele Phials are a lot stronger but both the savage axe hits and SAED damage are dependent on hit ones so you gotta aim better. Ele SAED is also slower and wider than impact.
Impact Phials are just overall cozier, far more consistent, and you only need one of them!
Impact Phials are overall weaker in exchange for the ability to K.O and ignores monster hit one values making it kind of a catch-all but also notably good against Arkveld who doesn't have elemental weaknesses. Impact Phials are best paired with Blast or Para CBs.
