I’ve had one of those work days which is so deeply rewarding and I didn’t even do anything! Just facilitated knowledge sharing and problem solving, and watched marginalised colleagues feel seen, appreciated and supported.
I bloody love managing people and building them up.

That’s a 40kg. My PT insisted I use a 50kg last week just to “battle through the reps”, (whatever the fuck that means?!) so this was a welcome change!
