Yes, you did really need that game handed to you by the ref, good job!
Hey @mayorofseattle.bsky.social, we gotta do something about the bike parking situation at Lumen Field.
Bad Bunnyโs closing messages during his Super Bowl performance:

If you didnโt catch the significance of the exploding transformers in Bad Bunnyโs halftime show, I gotcha. Hereโs one of a bunch of pieces I wrote from/on Puerto Rico about the crisisโand Trumpโs role in it. slate.com/news-and-pol...
With everything else in this country feeing so terrible, this halftime show feels so right
When he was just a kid in Alaska, Obed idolized Antoine Griezmann.
Now, they are teammates. ๐ฅน

Not to mention all the clean sheets!
Gorgeous and otherworldly
The more I think about it, the more Iโm convinced the Democrats have to push their hand immediately. The parallels with the delays and subsequent failures after January 6th are blaring warning signs about what will happen if they donโt go after the issues with ICE and CBP at the root RIGHT NOW.
Following the killing of AFGE Member Alex Pretti and the subsequent slanderous rhetoric that followed from top Trump administration officials, AFGE National President Everett Kelley issued the following statement: โYesterday, AFGE brought together labor and faith leaders from Minneapolis and across the nation to mourn our fallen brother from Local 3669, Alex Pretti. We honored his life and legacy and lifted up his family, his friends, his union, Minneapolis, and our nation in prayer. โToday, we demand accountability. โIn the immediate aftermath of Alexโs killing, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem betrayed the public trust by slandering the good name of our union brother and calling him a โdomestic terrorist.โ Alex Pretti was a patriotic ICU nurse at a VA hospital who devoted his life to serving Americaโs veterans. That claim was reckless, defamatory, and unsupported by the facts. Noem was preceded in this false statement by Stephen Miller, Deputy White House Chief of Staff, who is also the architect of the chaotic and failed immigration policy in Minnesota. โOur demand is clear: Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who was responsible for carrying out the policy that led to Alexโs needless killing, and Deputy White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, the architect of that policy, must resign immediately. If they refuse, President Trump must dismiss them.
The American Federation of Government Employees, which represents border patrol officers at the National Border Patrol Council, calls on Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller to resign or be fired
Isnโt he injured? And if so, can we really afford that in this moment? In this window weโre really looking for immediate impact, not long-term impact.
What a moment for Tottenham youngster Jun'ai Byfield, who made his first-team debut against Borussia Dortmund tonight ๐
Good vibes at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium tonight ๐ค
Thatโs not what I said, just that weโll never know if any manager can handle Spurs if theyโre never given time. Itโs not really about him, itโs about no one getting a proper chance.
I know Frank hasnโt shown us any reason for thinking he can get more from this squad, but I think the more rational decision is to give him time. Otherwise the new manager will find himself in the same position in the same amount of time. #COYS
On Thomas Frank and Spurs destructive cycle of sacking managers, itโs clear that managing Spurs is an enormous challenge. And how will we ever know if anyone can handle the job if they arenโt given the time. Maybe every manager will struggle this way.
Letโs just all enjoy the fact that a player chose Spurs over someone higher in the table. Itโs so rare that this happens. And thereโs so much trauma (football trauma, so not real) over losing players to other teams.
This feels SO MUCH like a Levy deal. As in, going after a player we failed to get in years ago, and going after them when they no longer are as good or wanted by other teams. Villa wanting him is something, I guess?

Immigrants are what have always made this country great.
Also, I love Lucas and Archie, but theyโre not top 6 starters yet.
This is what Iโve been saying!
Another data set that makes me ask WHY such hate for Paulinha?! Heโs not worse than any of our other midfielders and he is the best at tackles! And he occasionally scores
Iโm curious to know how many goals have been scored against Spurs on the right vs left, vs centrally. It feels like more on right, but I have a terrible memory.
Theyโre posting about the Hjulmand guyโฆ
So I understand why people dislike Paulinha, but why focus on him when Bentancur is even worse? Iโm borrowing this from someone elseโs post:
Thank you for posting this. Iโve been so annoyed with the hate for Joao Paulina, when Bentancur seems even worse. This really backs that up.
