maybe it tastes like some herbal tea? Then again coca cola is plant extract drink too, so maybe it tastes like cola? I'd imagine it's more bitter though.

Limbs are not made with plugins. They are just done with RPG Maker's own tools at disposal.
Mobs will get the limb feature too in the update. That did require a plugin because RPG Maker's enemy limitations were 8 targetable parts. The plugin expanded the possible enemy count in battles.
Might write down rough drafts of some key points, but for the most part I want to leave room for improvisation and spontaneity during the making of the actual game, let the game grow to unexpected directions. This's actually something I'd like to focus on. Making of F&H2 was too rigid for my liking.
No draft. I don't really do drafts or sketches for the most part. I keep things in my head. There are some notes so I don't forget some individual ideas and there is some concept art, but very little.
nope
I don't remember any specific one thing, but in general yes. Like the general atmosphere, graphics, etc. have a hint of Zelda influence in them. I do remember it being in my mind at the time.
The update has lots of content you absolutely can't see in just one playthrough. The attempt is that you could discover new stuff on your 2nd playthough, as well as on your 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. I know it's a nightmare for completionists, but yeah.
Luckily there is always the next playthrough to see more stuff.
1. will have to see.
2. There's too much progress, that's the problem. I don't know when to call it quits.
3. Maybe Karin's moonscorched form.
Most of lore is written with a possibility of it appearing more in-depth later on. So it's definitely possible that the cult makes an appearance. But there's also so much lore to explore in these games that it's not possible for all things to get their spot in the limelight. We'll see.
I don't really care for remakes, so F&H1 remake is very unlikely. Never say never, but it's not something I'm thinking about really. I also don't plan too much ahead. I'd like to have at least one more F&H game out to finish a certain storyline started with F&H1. But after that, who knows.
It's not really the most ground breaking naming convention, so I doubt there's a connection.
Yeah sure I have ideas for such a game. But I have ideas for a dozen other games too, so it doesn't really mean much in of itself.
I'm not actively pursuing the idea, so I wouldn't be holding breath for that particular game. But who knows, maybe one day?
Sorry I don't run the discord, you have to reach out to the mods.
How would I know how you pronounce the names? :D
Not really interested in that. I first planned that for F&H1, but came into conclusion that you get more iconic characters if they are, well characters. I just prefer it this way myself.
If you're talking about the update that's been in the works for a long while now, then no, Samarie is not playable in that update, sorry D:
There's something like that added. But it's more about whether the character trusts you or not. (or maybe whether you should trust them?) Like if you give crazy answers, you lose trust. Among other factors.
Then there are also some lines if you lose a party member and other mourn for a second. etc.
Nothing significant. I think few lines might have been changed here and there, but that's it. Text adventure remains O'saa exclusive.
Clearly you haven't played Bushido Blade. I loved that game when I was a kid. It doesn't have dismemberment per se, but you can wound opponent's arms and legs so they can't use those limbs anymore and it limits their moveset. Bushido Blade really is the game that inspired F&H's systems too.
I never put the soundtrack on spotify, so I have no idea what's going on in there.
Not really a reader, like I've been trying to read a book for five years now and I'm only half-way through it.
For Finnish books, Moomin books would be my pick. They're VERY far from F&H in every way possible, but 99% of finns grow up on Moomins and that stuff affects people on foundational level.
The thesis was made along with the very first demo of the game, so my thoughts changed quite a bit after that. I mean it did take close to 2 years from that for the full release.
But I do really like thinking about that stuff, so it's not impossible that I'd return to updating those thoughts.
HyvÀÀ uutta vuotta! Ei ole tullut kÀytyÀ. EnpÀ tiennyt ettÀ tollanen on olemassa. Ei ole kauheasti tullut pelikaupoissa kÀytyÀ viime vuosina, mutta kiva kuulla ettÀ pitkÀnlinjan kaupat laajentaa meininkejÀÀn.
oh I just said when I'll get to making merch, it will have faded. That's still yet to come. :D
Yeah I'm alright. Thanks for the concern!
Sorry no I don't have it in English. Besides, the thesis was made in an incredible hurry. Like I wrote it in just few weeks to graduate in time. So many of the things in it are not really all that thought out. No plans to study further atm. I don't really have the time.
Hopefully one day yeah.
in all honesty, I feel like by the time I'd get into merch, F&H has already long faded into obscurity. I've learned that even minimal side things besides making these games drain a lot of energy, so I'm not really too eager to jump into anything new. But never say never I guess.
I'm not super familiar with movies of 1940s, but maybe Pav's the kind of person who'd get into The Maltese Falcon.
