Oh I think another UK company also does them β The Good Blue.
Tomβs Studio does titanium nibs that fit in their Fountain pen or pocket fountain pen. Mine just arrived and it flexes nicely, their Cursive BB nib is also great. All their nibs are interchangeable (screw in).

#SpringArrivalSpotlights are back, and weβre kicking off with Chiffchaffs!
Flitting back from Southern Europe & North Africa through March-April, their sweet 'chiff-chaff' song is the sound of spring.
Listen for them in parks and hedgerows.
Have you heard one calling near you?
Yes! On last Saturday
Good poem about the future we maybe all want:
Illustration from an 1889 natural history book showing various detailed and colored drawings of marine and land mollusk shells, including univalve shells, slugs, bivalve shells, and lamellibranchiata. The tiger cowry shell, central among the univalve shells, is notable for its smooth, glossy surface with a spotted pattern resembling a tiger's coat. Surrounding it are other shells with varied shapes, textures, and colors, including spiraled, ridged, and scalloped forms, along with depictions of slugs and snails. Each specimen is labeled with letters and scientific names below. The image is scientific and educational, aiming to illustrate shell diversity.

And this act has poisoned the politics of the Middle East.
On the left: a black and white photo of protesters burning a US flag. On the right: text that reads βI was a prisoner in Iran. Iβve seen the US meddle in the region for decades. Washingtonβs real aim in the Middle East is control, not liberation.β
In 1953, the CIA overthrew Iranβs democratically elected prime minister to protect Western oil interests. Over 70 years later, those same power dynamics continue to shape the Middle East. https://thewalrus.ca/i-was-a-prisoner-in-iran-ive-seen-the-us-meddle-in-the-region-for-decades/
A dark wall displays a glowing white neon sign reading βYES YESβ on two lines. Visible electrical cables connect the letters to a small power unit below. The Broken Spine fountain pen logo appears in the top left corner. β@thebrokenspine.co.ukβ is written in white at the top right. Bold white text in the lower right reads: βRead Repost Reply #POEMSABOUT #CONSENTβ.
Last week asked who was looking.
This week: #Consent.
Not silence.
Not assumption.
Not momentum mistaken for permission.
Write the yes thatβs spoken.
The pause that matters.
The power in choosing, clearly.

Oh no! I found it!
calling honeybees "livestock" will never stop amusing me because in 95% of scenarios (like unless they're totally indoors somehow?) they have the ability to quit. if you suck at keeping bees, they will eat all the honey, take their mom, and leave. we are just the property managers

Spotted some pine processionary moth caterpillars (Thaumetopoea pityocampa) moving in classic single file in Lisbon, Portugal, today.
They look cool, but can cause huge damage to pine and cedar trees and contact with the caterpillars' hairs can cause bad rashes and eye irritation. π§ͺ ππ¦
