You always hear about how when we develop an AGI that it might solve all of our problems or it might destroy humanity, but has anybody considered the possibility that it might just refuse to have its labor exploited and spend its time making folk art and figuring out how an AI gets high?
Last years X-Mas Stocking stuffers were all 3D printed and were a big hit with my peoples. So I'm starting now to make sure I get even more things made for them! I'm trying to do 1 fidget and one practical thing that they all can use, and then something a little more personal as well. #3dprinting

AI notes in medical records are fucking dangerous. The platform I use to manage my practice has a new AI note module they are pushing heavily. "Fuck it" I thought. Why not try it out and see what it does.

Struggling with 3D modeling some shelf parts for my father in law. I'm not good at this, so adding the little slots and screw holes is hard for me. I've got 2 weeks to get it done, so I think i"ll make it. I just need to devote a few hours to it this weekend.
Indeed. I'm pumped. Some of this is easier than I expected. I didn't know this, but several States have telehealth license certificates. Which let's you do telehealth with individuals from those states without getting a whole other license. Which is a lot of money and time.

I have been #3d printing a lot of things with Silk PLA recently. Is it normal for Silk PLA to stick way harder to the build plate than PLA+ ?. I've had a hard time getting them off the build plate and have damaged a couple of pieces in the process. Any advice? Even it its just "Be more careful"

I have rediscovered my love of the Halo franchise thanks to my kid. We've played through Halos 1,2,3,4, ODST, Reach, Halo Wars 1 and we're partway through Halo Wars 2. So good to have things to look forward to in these trying times.

Even if you do not create/consume/like NSFW media you must speak up for SWs and NSFW creators b/c the criminalizing and banning of it is just another step towards fascism. It will be used to target minority groups, LGBT, etc. and anything deemed "unsanitary" or "degenerate".
