The Standing Balloon Breath + Voice Activation This is similar to the box breath, but instead of imagining your torso as a six-sided box, picture it as a giant balloon. With each breath in and out, the balloon expands further. Use your imagination and avoid forcing anything. How to do it: • Stand with knees soft, feet hip-width apart • Keep your weight over your feet equally. • Relax your belly and jaw • Imagine your entire torso is a balloon • As you breathe in, the balloon expands in all directions • As you breathe out… it expands even more (in your imagination)
