I hated going to church. absolutely hated it. could not for the life of me stand getting up early, getting dressed in the most uncomfortable formal wear, and then enduring hours of service. I was like "this is not hype enough to be worth waking up for" and sought every excuse to escape the church 😂

to no surprise, the guy who developed this is named Mckenzie. Robin Anthony Mckenzie. it's apparently a part of a bunch of exercises developed for people to be able to do physical therapy on their backs by themselves at home which is nice

I'm suffering from sciatica again from being seated too long at my desk and I just wanna thank the physical therapy person who figured out McKenzie side glides bc this move really be saving my butt. and my back. especially my back

when one of my friends tells me about their band. i just go oh thats cool i cant play any instrument. because i dont really know what else to say. doesnt mean you need to tell me 'oh anyone can play it hey do you want free lessons'. im good.
