I do know the trick to hand washing now though. you need to FULLY dry your hands until they feel like there was never water on them at all. don't use air dryers. every bit of water must be absorbed away

I hated going to church. absolutely hated it. could not for the life of me stand getting up early, getting dressed in the most uncomfortable formal wear, and then enduring hours of service. I was like "this is not hype enough to be worth waking up for" and sought every excuse to escape the church 😂

to no surprise, the guy who developed this is named Mckenzie. Robin Anthony Mckenzie. it's apparently a part of a bunch of exercises developed for people to be able to do physical therapy on their backs by themselves at home which is nice

I'm suffering from sciatica again from being seated too long at my desk and I just wanna thank the physical therapy person who figured out McKenzie side glides bc this move really be saving my butt. and my back. especially my back
