WAHOO! GO GIRLS
Guy who has only seen The Boss Baby, watching his second movie: Getting a lot of 'Boss Baby' vibes from this...
Yeah Zelda is deffo more appropriate esp. with the top-down perspective! I just remember feeling like cutting trees were the Pokémon equivalent to Morph Ball Bombs lmfao
As a kid I saw the FR/LG credits scene and thought, "wtf is Red running bcs the facility is exploding". Pic related.
Please don't kill me but I even get this Metroidy kind of feel when I do stuff like cutting a tree besides Eterna Forest to gain a faster path to Route 205 / Eterna City (HM01 is Morph Ball)
It could be because Pallet Town is where you start at the game, and that crossing that body of water is a pretty clear indicator of progress.
Koraidon and Miraidon getting more schmovey when eating sandwiches *was* cool and all, but idk! It doesn't feel as mindblowing for some reason?
Personally, there's this feeling of progression I get from the old games that I don't get that as strongly from the newer ones.
Using surf in Pallet Town feels huge compared to getting the upgrade to your bike in Sword/Shield
I fucking love that we have a Ripper and a Ripper II. Bro so cool he got a sequel.
They should have announced this in a Nintendo Direct as the “one more thing”.
It makes sense that it's a phone as well but there was some charm to it being a bulky little Pokédex thing! I loved its characterization in the Sun/Moon anime
I love Alola. I really wouldn't mind a remake of it sometime. Perhaps not so soon after Winds & Waves though!
Illustration of Rotom in its Pokédex Form. A trainer is seen on the left. They are pointing towards a Pokécenter that is up a hill to the right. The Rotom is in the middle of the illustration, and it has a screen that shows GPS-like map of the surrounding area.
When Rotom Dex was a thing I always wanted to use it as a Pokémon. It is so cute lol
Supposedly it would be a pure Electric type
Image showing how Fresh Squiffer with Ink Vac would counter an annoying strategy. A weapon is using Booyah Bomb, which grants an armor that is nearly impossible to break alone. The Booyah Bomb needs to be charged however, and the Ink Vac can immediately suck up the bomb. Additionally, the Fresh Squiffer is usually equipped with a Suction Bomb, which explodes two seconds after touching the ground. With this toolset, it is not only possible to remove the threat of a Booyah Bomb, but the Booyah Bomb user will also be defeated by the Suction Bomb, which they deserve to be for using this annoying strategy since late 2022
Why I desperately want Fresh Squiffer to get Ink Vac
Games are a wonderful form of art.
The way I reacted towards Prime 4 was in some ways the opposite, where my thoughts on it pre-release were kinda lukewarm but you could tell that I actively wanted to like the game for what it was
I'm gonna allow myself to be excited for Winds & Waves. My reactions towards the game have been lukewarm so far but I think that's because I've conditioned myself to be skeptical about Pokémon
The Japanese Pokémon logo is rendered in bold, blocky, and sharp strokes. It has a pearlescent texture to it. Resting on the top right of the first character is an icon that looks like a Pokéball, which is made up of two jolts of lighthing that connects to each other, forming an arch and an elliptic gleam of light in the middle
Nothing groundbreaking but the JP version of the Winds & Waves logo has something on it that might be a new gimmick or a story element, like how Gen 9 had a Tera Crystal or Gen 8 had the Galar League logo implemented
Seems like the act of diving is back on the menu and gosh I needed that. I love it when the ocean is more than just a texture 🙏
ngl y'all that new Pokémon game does kinda look good njhgfcrtdyt
You are easy to please 😘
I get that they would have to be backported and all that, and it definitely is more than just an easy "conversion", but also, it would be so cool if I could make a specific Rattata in one game and try to have it beat the game. The top percenter. Perchance.
it's a shame that the highest-grossing media franchise (by a lot) doesn't feel any pressure to improve some things
I suppose the FR/LG roms had such a low priority that their interaction with Home is the bare minimum
The new generation looks quite nice though
we kinda knew didn't we...
MAKE AN EMERGENCY DONATION to Trans Continental Pipeline right now.
They are a Colorado based org that helps trans people relocate there and they are overwhelmed with requests. CO borders KS, and TCP has the infrastructure to help get people out.
GO DONATE.

You can tell they kinda didn't give a damn by how they never posted stuff like "360° view of the Metroid Prime 4: Beyond game case" on Nintendo Today lmaoooo

I have never played D&D also but my first thought was Bard because of their charisma and how you could probably land a lot of interviews as Bard :P
Always go for rebounds, friends! If you can roughly locate an enemy, there's probably an angle you can take 🙏
Godddddd I love Angle Shooter so much ftrdyuivf
