When she was born, Nolie didn't have much hair, which makes sense if you think about it.
But now that she's whole with Jesus, I imagine her much like this. Sitting atop the trees, watching the lanterns we release in memory of her, with long and beautiful flowing hair.
She would have been 6 today.
Amazing.

10 years ago today, my wife woke me up in a panic to tell me she had taken a pregnancy test and it was positive.
All I ever wanted out of life was to be a husband and a father, and that was all coming to fruition on the same day I had tickets to see The Force Awakens, no less.
