A New Year is coming. And it feels surreal that once again we will be facing the horrors of separation of families. Following Jesus means leaving your politic behind so that you can be kind, merciful, just. Don’t be fooled by the power of the world. Choose the power of love.

Cooking messiness, relaxing with sappy movies and parades, and hugging the grands…this is my day today. Be Grateful for all your life…the good and the difficult. The mix of messy & beauty is the recipe for good living.
