I nominate the bus stop by the Longaberger Alumni House on Olentangy River Road. Anytime it rains, there are giant puddles that form between the street and sidewalk. Said sidewalk lacks ADA curb ramps to the south. Muddy year round. The feeling of true luxury

Yes and no. If in the US, you're living in a country which is the largest producer and exporter of methane gas in history. Our prices are somewhat influenced by the global market, but pipeline constraints mean there's a limit to how much can be exported now. So I'd expect less impact on prices
