Definitely, the balance between covering costs and what other charities/local authorities can afford is really difficult. It’s just not going to be sustainable for much longer and what that looks like is keeping me up at night.
Made much much worse by local authority cuts, grant funders being overwhelmed and closing their doors while there’s increased competition for funding. Not forgetting the rising costs of everything for the last few years and for what looks like forever more.

A lot of this country’s problems boil down to straight white men who see themselves as some sort of default “normal” but any variation on that as “an identity” that is “political”

Have you got an example of someone losing their job or getting a jail sentence because of ‘speech’? What did they say? Which laws were drawn up?
