Listening to a Small Supports organisation who recruited a whole team around an individual with adverts that started by calling for people who like dad jokes. Why - because it was essential to the individual.

Yup. That’s been the pattern but things might be changing. Our partner institute is working with self advocates to help draft new laws. We’ve been working with some sparky leaders. No guarantees but perhaps a glimpse.
