Going through a rough patch for art - not necessarily a “block” or feeling unmotivated, but feeling like I’m super out of practice. So I bust out my collection of art books to get myself inspired - this one by @danaterrace.bsky.social I got in college is one of my favorites & is super special to me.
As we head toward the holiday season, I'd like to remind everyone that jokes are optional at family gatherings. A family can have a perfectly lovely gathering in which no one teases any other member of the family.
Someone's reaction to a joke that hurts them isn't what "ruins" the gathering.
Am I still alive? Yes. Did I just download Silent Hill F even though I’m a big scaredy cat when it comes to actually playing horror games? Absolutely. Did my Ethernet decide I don’t deserve a network connection? Unfortunately yes, again. This is fine. I’m fine. I just want to stream spooky games!!!
