The way I see it, there’s a big difference between God choosing imperfect/wretched men and humanity doing so.
Libraries feel like something about which we could very easily be saying, “Remember that place where you could borrow books, for FREE, and return them when you were finished?” And kids would say “What?? No way!” And yet there they still are, despite everything we’ve become, existing. Remarkable.

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.

Scrolling through Twitter was TIRING because it seemed like everyone was mad all the time. It’s refreshing to see people just share their joy without having to elicit any sort of anger
Well my other cat decided she wanted to snuggle too & now I have no cats snuggling with me and have to brush my teeth. :(
I need to brush my teeth but my cat is sleeping on my lap. Now I must patiently wait for him to move… and hopefully not fall asleep. Like my leg. It’s been 30 minutes.
