He is in chibi proportions, taking an iconic funky disco dancing pose. It doesn't matter if you feel the rhythm or if you have two left feet, on his dancefloor... EVERYONE IS A STAR! The quote is a line from the beginning of his fight. While his song, "Ride the Rhythm" does have lyrics, it is quite difficult to hear make them out.
