It was a mistake on their computer actually. The missile. AI they said. Yeah the computer messed up somehow. So all in all just one of those things. Time to move on.

to me it rocks that this company that has never come within light-years of making money and has a bad product with zero practical use cases is the pivot point of the global economy because a bunch of embarrassing Burning Man dorks just decided it should be

Sorry I'm not more open-minded about LLMs, it's just some fucking maniacs shoveled out a bunch of useless bloatware featuring that technology, did not give me any chance to opt out, reorganized the entire economy around it, zeroed out gains made by green energy, and made it impossible to buy RAM

We don't have the industrial capacity to build enough missiles but we do have the ability to put all of Iran's launch sites on the blockchain, allowing anybody to independently verify and monetize them with the new SCUDCOIN, oops we did a rugpull the value is zero.

There's been a lot of debate within the Democratic establishment about what rhetoric to use via ICE.

Well, an incumbent doesn't lose by 48 percentage points very oftenβ€”and her vote on collaborating with ICE was the defining issue here.

Per The Economist/YouGov, half of Americans support ABOLISHING ICE.

Literally, "abolishing."

we appear to have four competing fascist movements jockeying for control: blood & soil nazism under miller and hegseth, darwinian ecofascism from rfk, technofascism under vance and musk, and one Big Wet Hitler who understands the true animating core of the american volk is a deep love for shopping

I don’t think it’s insane, it’s the phones. The average person doesn’t rationalize things as statistics, they respond to things they can see and algorithmic video is full of videos of crime and unruly cities that they interpret as things getting worse because they’re seeing it more on their phones.
