Character sketch I was inspired to work on yesterday.
Still working through posting old pieces of mine. I have always liked backlighting like this, and when I was originally figuring out this kind of lighting I almost thought of it as a kind of cheat or shortcut because it always seemed to elevate what I was working on and I didn't understand why.
Looking through old pieces of mine and determining what I am comfortable posting takes a bit more courage than I anticipated. The high of recently finished art is more powerful than I give it credit.
As I don't remember what all I had posted on twitter and what I didn't, I think I'm probably going to just post anything I drew from my pictures folder that I like. dunno why I saved this one as a jpeg but it's one of the oldest ones I have on my device.
Gonna start reposting stuff that I deleted from twitter here. Twitter is making me angry. I don't remember the order and I don't guess it matters so I'll just post ones I like.
