I don’t have a busy work schedule luckily. I’m a full time student right now and my husband just got a job working 99% from home.
We just want a little hobby farm and petting zoo type thing and most of those around here aren’t big enough for volunteers unfortunately.

Now we are looking at buying land and starting a little farm in the country.

I quoted “Double rainbow all the way across the sky” yesterday and my husband had no idea what I was talking about. He’d never seen the video.
I just made him watch it and he did not think it was funny and he thinks I’m insane. 😂
Husband just got a job offer for almost $40k more than he makes now with full benefits for health, dental, and vision as well as student loan payments completely covered by them, adding $10k/year back into our budget.
This means I don’t have to job hunt anymore while I’m finishing with this degree!
If I was him I would have crawled right under the table through the floor and simply disappeared forever.

Ugh. I went to the doctor for some health issues last September. She told me I’d feel better if I lost weight. I was super pissed so I lost weight out of spite so I could go back and go “SEE I DON’T FEEL BETTER!”
Well. I lost 35 lbs so far and I actually do feel like 1000% better. I’m furious.

I never pursued it because last time I talked to him in 2018 he was in a psych hospital by court order and I figured it was pointless. But he’s clearly doing fine now if he’s capable enough to be able to contact and pay for a Maryland family law attorney.
Can someone explain to me why my oldest child’s deadbeat father who hasn’t seen her since she was 2 and owes $65,000 in back owed child support, has suddenly hired a lawyer to contact me about arranging a visit with her 3 months before she turns 18?
