Exactly, since Trump took office the only month with somewhat positive jobs numbers was January. Every other month was either a minimal increase below population growth or an outright loss of jobs. February wasn't an outlier, it's a continuation of the trend.
But the planet has never experienced a change a rapid as what is happening today and while life will continue in some fashion, that doesn't necessarily include humans and it doesn't necessarily include our crops. We are not invincible and are still vulnerable to drought, floods, and famine.
That's not even remotely what I said. I'm referring to the points where the temperature changed. After it changed the survivors evolved to handle the new climate. But the species that were around before the temperature change didn't make it. Of course the new species could survive the new climate.

Those shifts in temperature coincide with mass extinction events (www.nature.com/articles/s41...). And the temperatures hundreds of millions of years ago are irrelevant for today's humans and agriculture that rely upon today's temperature, humidity, and rainfall patterns.

I grew up on the western edge of the eastern time zone, I now live in New England. My parents and I are still in the same time zone and they don't experience 4 pm sunsets in the winter and they don't have 5 am sunrises in the summer.
