Can confirm. Line was nearly out the door when I checked 30 min ago
"Maine people don't want to see us fighting against each other. They want to see solutions. I like to work on problems, fight problems, not fight people," Mills continued.
Yes they do Janet. Yes they absolutely do.
I thought there was no audio on the body cam? How do they know he said he was calling his boss and not just "the owner of the vehicle"?
I wonder how this will effect the DOJ's workload. Now instead of having a handful of cases challenging executive orders, they'll have dozens for each EO. Can DOJ handle that workload?

That would give them a pass to ignore any order so long as they think it will be vacated by the SC.
Thanks for the report Chris. What do you view as the path for judicial review of Trump's use of AEA on its merits?
Since the SC said the proper venue is a habeus court, does the Boasberg case continue? If so, will we be doing this all again if/when Boasberg issues a PI tomorrow?
The fact that the court was unanimous for the fact that the deportees require due process is certainly a silver lining. I'm just wondering what happens with the Boasberg case now.
It's an administrative stay until the full court can rule. We'll probably see a result in the coming days.
