Yes, and I do NOT like it!
that! and even once you have a diagnosis and plan and treatment, wow can yr body throw some surprises with side effects/symptoms π lots of unpredictability.
Yes! I do not like it!
It's so disruptive and stubborn. And it can pop up out of nowhere. I hate it so much.
I'm no scientist, much less an oncologist, but all that tracks with everything I've read and heard and experienced. It's such an evil, complicated, and super annoying illness. And now there are three of us in my own family plus those who have passed from cancer already, and a good friend of mine.π
That makes a lot of sense to me. I wouldn't expect scientists to discover the smoking (tumor?) any time soon. (Also lots of different types of cancer, caused by different things, treated differently,..)
Nooooo can NWSL players start wearing titanium braces? Ok I realize thatβs medically absurd but thereβs got to be a way to protect these athletes from this major injury that sidelines more women every year!
I swam in the Potomac River... on purpose... when I did the sprint triathlon as party of the Nation's Triathlon. But the doctors have told there was nothing I did to cause the tumors, and nothing I could have done to prevent them. They are "bad luck tumors". I do wonder though.
Yikes! Sounds like it all turned out well?
That is all good news. My kind of cancer unfortunately is just below death sentence level. Just a matter of when, but it is incurable. At some point we will be out of treatment options. I detected there was a problem in my brain pretty early on! After 5 months of seizures and a fall, I got the MRIs
And I know this area has water issues because I swam in the Potomac River 5 years ago or so (part of a sprint triathlon), and MAN is that foul water!
I know there have been environmental causes before. Don't know about Arlington VA. My kind of cancer is not genetic--absolutely no way to pass it down (or inherit it), and I'm the only one in my family history to develop this kind. But I am suspicious of environmental factors.
don't start conspiracy theories or blame me for starting them! #medsky
Why is there so much more cancer now than there used to be? Not based on quantitative data, just family and friends, so many of whom have cancer now. Maybe those cell towers are more dangerous than we thought! )I don't seriously believe this! Just angry at cancer.

Nonprofits say the economy, not the federal takeover, is behind a rise in homelessness in D.C.βs surrounding counties
No I should do that
I found mold in my *bottled* Poland spring water. (Our tap water is basically undrinkable, unless you enjoy drinking moldy water and feeling ill.) How on earth does bottled spring water get *mmoldy*!
