They will not. This sounds almost like an attempt at coercion. When they don’t send ships he’ll start making threats against them, probably with tariffs.
What’s wild is we know trump is lying, but Carr wants trump’s lies to be reported as truth.

There’s a simple solution. Tell parents that do not value their children that if that child dies before they’re 25 from a disease that a vaccine would have prevented then the parents will be charged with negligent homicide. Put their money where there mouth is.
