I use borderless fullscreen when I can so I don't have to alt-tab to get to OBS or wherever. I also like seeing the monitor choice option, but I didn't have any issues for the display with yours! Please feel free to DM me if you need more info!! I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff, but it ran well for me!
I hope someone can help you with the ultra widescreen! I think they're usually 2560x1080, but I'm behind on the times. I am not super fluent in the technicality stuff, but I'll share what I use! I framerate cap at 60FPS when I can (and like seeing the option). I record at 60 and stream at 30.

Slumbering woods is a beautiful community management game! You're helping out the village you stumble into during the night and doing tasks for villagers. There's lots to do and the art and atmosphere are gorgeous! I'm looking forward to digging in more!!

The demo has lots of story that I've been not reading because I want THE WHOLE THING but the demo ALSO has a mode just to play the roguelike so if you want more story you've GOT IT but if you'd rather plug away with marbles YOU CAN

Magical Greenhouse has a bundle with Flowers and Favours! It's an interesting mix of shop and greenhouse management while also adding in potion-making and specific requests to keep you engaged and wanting to grow your skillset. It has lots to keep you busy!!

Flowers and Favours is a really detailed bouquet making simulator! There's a great balance of puzzles and freedom, but there is also a full creative mode if you just want to arrange and vibe. The character designs are so cute and there's tons of decor options!

Cave Oasis at Shylake has one of the most inclusive player-character creators I've seen (I have a LOT of positive feelings), and the cast of characters are a DELIGHT! The gameplay itself is really interesting, and I'm looking forward to exploring it more!

Camera Anima is another one where I bowed out of the demo early because I desperately just wanted the whole thing! It's a horror point and click game and I'm always excited to see the LGBTQ+ tag! The demo has a juicy chunk of story for you to check out!

Gently Packed is a really satisfying inventory management sim! I really loved the variation in the shapes of groceries and how customers would sometimes request specific details. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this one develops!

Tailside: Cozy Cafe Sim is a great little cafe sim with lots of upgrades, designs, and management! The story itself is really cute, and the art is gorgeous! I need to sink more time into this one, but it has tons to offer and try out! Place a cactus for me!

Thrifty Business is a truly lovely shopkeeper sim and it's one of the few that actually feels like a place I would personally want to run. I still really want to carve out time to stream this to try out the twitch integration, but you can explore the demo!

Sucks to be in the Sticks is another that I knew I just wanted to wait for the full game! The opening is such a good way to draw you into the story, I trust the devs completely in their story telling methods. You can take more time to explore the demo though!
