Tropical Depression #05W (#CarinaPH) is organizing in the Philippine Sea. It's dealing with some subsidence, but it is likely to strengthen quickly and become a #typhoon by Tuesday. LOTS of uncertainty in track but #Taiwan, #Yaeyama, and #Okinawa need to monitor bc it could become intense.

Both WPAC invests have been upgraded:

Tropical Depression #04W (#ButchoyPH) will be a big rainmaker in #China and #Vietnam early next week.

Tropical Depression #05W (#CarinaPH) could be a major problem for anywhere between #Taiwan and #Okinawa next week. Keep an eye on it.
