253 For AMC – 2025 - AMCSI: Supporting the Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita Community This year’s fundraiser involves riding mountain bikes! In past years riders have cycled 253 miles in several days to benefit AMCSI, or “253 for AMC.

🚵‍♂️ 253 for AMC is back Oct 10–12 with a twist!

This year, it’s 53 miles of mountain biking through Sugarloaf & Bigelow Mountain, ME to raise awareness for Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita.
