The USS Triton, NCC-1597 A saucer-shaped ship with a cylindrical secondary hull going through the middle, the deflector dish at the bow. Two nacelles protrude from this cylindrical section, one above and one below, and a shuttlebay is located at the back, set between the two nacelles.
The USS Sarnfarrow, NCC-1687 The same design as the previous image, but the nacelles have been moved further forwards, now covering the saucer where previously they extended past it.
Been working on some Trek ships today, I bring you the Triton-class! (and a slightly cursed alternative version.)
The alt version I envision as a tug ship or other industrial engineering vessel, the nacelles placed far forward to help better tow things behind it.
