Ventured to Chile Verde at Polaris for southwestern New Mexican food (not TexMex-Mexican). Nice to see a really busy dinner hour! House margarita, Argentine Sauvignon Blanc. I taught a Valentine’s class at The Mix (Cbus State) & everyone made exceptional beef Wellington, herbed fingerling potatoes, warm wilted greens salad, and brownie Bailey’s trifle. We’ve added a bunch of classes into May. So come join me! It’s a lot of fun! #columbus #614eats
