I had a full circle moment this week watching the WPBL draft and visiting Ann Harnett's grave. Before becoming a Sister of Charity, Ann was the first player signed to the AAGPBL in 1943. She played 5 seasons in the league for Kenosha and Peoria. #AAGPBL #WomeninBaseball #DirtintheSkirt
