I’m proud to recognize our #AD49 Art Contest winners and honorable mentions across the elementary, middle school, high school, and young adult categories. Their artwork will be displayed in our Capitol and District offices for all to enjoy.

Today, I toured the LA Regional Food Bank, a vital nonprofit serving thousands of Angelenos facing food insecurity each month.
With over 4.5 million pounds of food distributed monthly across #AD49, their impact is tremendous. I’m grateful for their unwavering dedication serving those in need.

I had fun at the 2025 Taiwan Boba Tea Festival on Saturday! Boba shops are everywhere in #AD49 #SGV because they bring people together! Thank you to TECO and the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce for organizing this celebration and bringing community together over thousands of cups of boba.
We kicked off #AD49 Young Leaders Program! High school students will spend the summer learning about civic engagement, the legislative process, and community organizing. It was wonderful to meet these amazing students and I look forward to seeing where the summer takes them!
