#Cambodia’s Defense Minister Tea Seiha met with #Thailand's Defense Minister Phumtham Wechayachai on the sidelines of the 18th #ADMM and 11th ADMM-Plus in #Laos. They discussed the relations of the two ministries and the armies of both countries.
