The scene is a grassy shore of a lake whose waters are covered by lily pads, while trees and mountain peaks rise in the misty background. Close to the viewer, the snow leopard assassin Wu Xiu stands poised on the left with her Wind and Fire wheels, blue eyes narrowed and jaw clenched in fury. To the right and close to the shore, Wu Chun is caught in mid-leap with her own wheels, flying through the air toward Tai Lung who stands tall and proud alongside the water. Wrapped around the snow leopard's chest, shoulders, and upper arms is the coiling rope of a meteor hammer--but he has tensed and flexed all the muscles of his upper body, especially his massive biceps, and so snapped the rope, freeing him from the metal balls which are shown falling to the ground. With golden eyes blazing, Tai Lung looks at Chun with a cocky smirk that clearly says "Bring it."

It is a shadowy nighttime scene, with the only illumination coming from the stars and faint moonlight outside and a lantern inside (not depicted). Sitting on a bed in the Jade Palace bunkhouse, with the only other visible furniture in the empty room being a small wooden dresser in the corner, Tai Lung gazes at the mattress beside him where three items are laid. On its side near the far edge is a stuffed snow leopard toy, positioned nearest the viewer is an action figure of Tai Lung, and spread across the mattress directly next to the snow leopard is an unrolled silk painting. The latter depicts a small expanse of grass, a tree standing against a starry sky, and Master Oogway sitting in the lotus position with cub Tai Lung in his lap, adopting the same pose. On the bottom portion of the silk are the hanzi characters for the turtle and snow leopard's names. With his shoulders slumped, paws dangling between his knees, and pensive expression, it's clear Tai Lung is distressed by the items, and the tears starting to trickle down his cheeks testify to this even more so.

Inside a small farmhouse, Tai Lung is reunited with his birth family. On the right side of the image, two older male snow leopards watch with kind eyes and loving smiles. One has a goatee and stands with his paws behind his back, the other is seated at a table, and both wear common farmer/peasant clothes of the time period. In the village square of the Valley of Peace, Tai Lung stands on the cobblestones in the middle of a circle comprised of all those from the Jade Palace (Po, Crane, Mei Ling, Tigress, Monkey, Mantis, Viper, and Shifu) as well as Wu Jia, the cow Xiulan, and the Tibetan antelope magistrate Fu Xiao; many other silhouettes form further rings in the background. Both the red panda and the snow leopard are wrapped in bandages surrounding their chests, shoulders, upper arms, and/or paws. While everyone who bows has expressions of respect, awe, or honor, Tai Lung looks quite bewildered and confused.

In the cavern of the Vault of Heroes, with glowing crystal stalagmites providing light to illuminate the scene, Wu Xiu stands with one arm upraised, dagger in paw to deliver a killing blow. However, instead her eyes are wide in horror and agony while blood trickles from her mouth, for Wu Jia has fallen to her knees behind her and is furiously, viciously stabbing her in the small of her back, blood spurting from around the knife blade with the force of her blow.

Above the surface of the Pool of Sacred Tears, Po stands in a tai chi Crane pose atop a spout of water carrying him aloft. In the darkened kitchen of Ping's noodle restaurant, Shen Zhuang is depicted in conflict with what appears to be a mystically-enhanced Tai Lung. The bull is bent half-over, grimacing with spittle hanging from his lip as he clutches at his belly with his right hand, trying to hold back the large amount of blood flowing from a deep stab wound, while he wards Tai Lung off with his left hand. The snow leopard is in his signature low-slung crouch, his right paw soaked in the bull's blood dripping from his fingers while his left paw holds the knife that stabbed Zhuang inverted behind him, also flinging away blood. The feline's eyes leak a red, flame-like light emanating from their pupils while more of Zhuang's spit runs down one cheek. The floor of the kitchen is covered by swirls of black mist which have formed into grasping hands and horrific faces, their teeth bared and eyes also glowing red.

His expression is still rather cocky and aggressive.
