We leveraged data from 14,112 adolescents from the #ABCDstudy and #ALSPAC cohorts with repeated depression measures. We investigated single trait vs. multitrait polygenic risk scores of psychopathology (p-factor) and linked them to adolescent depression trajectories... 📈
