I can echo the problems w #Ambetter #CoordinatedCare #Centene seeming to outsource customer service - highly scripted & I've experienced inaccuracy. AND their portal info about in-network providers is inaccurate/waste of time.
Because coverage is only in-network it required I approach each provider.

How out of touch can you be #ambetter ? I'd like the CT Scans of my cancer that you've denied 3 times since july, & told my oncologist to fuck off for 60 days, and to stop trying. These scans are the follow up to a procedure that you approved, and will tell us if it worked or needs another round.

On the phone with #AMBetter and #ExpressScripts telling them why I returned medication that I didn't order when ExpressScripts filled an order that I never told my doc to send (and a random person in their office decided to send WITHOUT consult).
So.... #AMBetter FINALLY updated to show my deductible has been met 2 weeks after having met it.
and 1/7th of the way to max out of pocket.
I still have 10 Doc/PT/Lab appointments for the month of March left.
And possible surgery after that with another 2+ months of Doc/PT Appointments.
