My family and friends who have known me for decades know that when I refer to "Alan", I'm talking about him.

I haven't been able to watch anything he's been in since he died becos it breaks me he's not with us anymore.

My most toxic trait is when people say they're a fan of #ASPR, I scoff.

I've been searching 20 years for a bootleg version of the RSC's 1985/86 production of Les Liaisons Dangereuses with him & Lindsay Duncan. At 17 I spent £35 on a then out of print Truly Madly Deeply DVD.
