Years ago I stopped smoking/using nicotine. The next year, I gave up caffeine and processed sugars.
Then, came the behavioral and emotional triggers/addictions. Much more difficult to see, understand, and overcome.
We are all capable of maturing, and evolving.

The reason you don't follow, believe it or not, is because you are also in addiction. Likely, aspiring to some form of mill/billionaire. Which is enabling that system.
