Midori (Agent 4) shows his drawing of Yoko (Agent 8). He, on the other hand, is more shy compared to her. Since this typa thing does lead to him feeling shy about it
Yoko is overjoyed by his portrait of her, so much so her ink colour changes to a light pink. *light pink means that she's in love, but there are some situations where it could be a hot pink, which is her being passionately in love (oc fact)
Midori is already flustered that Yoko is feeling this way about him, but he doesn't let her kiss him. Why? That would lead to one thing to another, as they usually say it
