Lame. Our #AnimationGuild members ratified the 3-year agreement with the AMPTP (studios).
Too many people vote against their own self interest while thinking they're doing the opposite.
Now we are stuck again with cost-of-living increases that people think are raises. They aren't raises, people.
Animation Guild IATSE Local 839 voting deadline is midnight tonight.
Vote NO on this garbage agreement and make our negotiators go back to the table.

It’s a no from me. If genAI isn’t canned from the get go there will be no artists for there to even BE a Union. Unless they can secure this TAG is going to make themselves obsolete. Staffing minimums & protections for remote workers. #animationguild #tag
